Submission Preparation

 

Students are invited to submit a 2-page Executive Summary or an abstract. Manuscripts must be written in English.

 

Executive Summary

• The page number for Executive Summaries is limited to 2 pages including all figures, tables, and references.

• The summary must be written in English and must encapsulate all the work presented in the final poster that you plan to present at the conference.

• Please use the following template (Link to the template added later).

• Do not submit the full poster.

• Authors of accepted Executive Summaries must bring their posters to the conference. Please see the Conference Poster Instructions for more information.

 

Abstract

• Your abstract must encapsulate all of the work presented in the final poster that you plan to present at the conference.

• Abstracts must be written in English as one paragraph and less than 2000 characters long. It must not include symbols, special characters, abbreviations, footnotes, references, mathematical equations, or tabular material.

• Please use the following template

• Do not submit the full poster. Authors of accepted Poster Abstracts must bring their posters to the conference. Please see the Conference Poster Instructions for more information.

 

All submissions will be carefully reviewed by at least two experts and reviews will be returned to the author(s) with comments to ensure the high quality of the accepted Executive Summaries and abstracts. The authors of accepted submissions must guarantee that their poster will be presented at the conference. Please only submit original material where copyright of all parts is owned by the authors declared and which is not currently under review elsewhere. Even though the proceedings will NOT be published by IEEE, please still follow the IEEE policies.

Only electronic submission will be accepted. The Executive Summaries and Abstracts MUST submitted through EasyChair. Please follow this link. Manuscripts may only be submitted in PDF format.

 

Camera-ready Submission Instructions

 

Final Executive Summaries and Abstracts MUST be formatted using the templates listed earlier. It is highly recommended that you proofread and check the layout of your paper BEFORE submitting. Please follow this link (the link will be announced after the review process). Papers may only be submitted in PDF format.

 

Note:

• Every submission accepted for publication in the AIxAcademy Proceedings MUST be presented during the conference.

• The AIxAcademy Proceedings will NOT be published by IEEE.

• Every submission accepted MUST have attached to it at least one of the "In Person" "Poster" rates.

• Only outstanding papers may be considered to be included in the proceedings of one of the co-located conferences which will be submitted to the IEEE Xplore® and/or IEEE Computer Society Press digital library. Only if the authors accept this invitation, then every paper accepted MUST have attached to it at least one registration at the full member/nonmember rate. Thus, for a paper for which all authors are students, one student author will be required to register at the full registration (member/nonmember) rate.

• Do not choose any of the "Virtual" rates. The AIxAcademy is in person only.

 

Failure to do so will result in removal of your work from the AIxAcademy proceedings.
